Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When purchasing a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or soon-to-be available. Your payment method may be stored, with either no charge, a partial deposit, or the full amount collected at checkout. Once available, we will fulfill and charge the remaining balance as needed.

Important: We cannot partially fulfill orders, so please do not add other items to the cart if you need them immediately. You may cancel a pre-order that has not been fulfilled, but please note that canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
